2D Animation Semester 2
Semester 2 Kamal Afiq [0330643] 2D Animation Lecture Notes Throughout the course, we closely followed the module outline and did a variety of different exercises and projects that further flesh out the world of 2D animation. Our first project was to create a simple animation, where an object transforms into another in an appealing way. For the stop motion exercise, we were introduced to the basic and primitive foundation of animation, and that helped us to understand the later subjects to come. We had an in-depth look at a large variety of animations by various studios and companies and analysed how they made their own worm and animation. Going through the 12 principles of animation was a great way for us to understand the underlying principles and mechanics that made famous animations so appealing, visually and technically.
